Precise positioning of structural elements, foundations, gridlines, drainage runs, roads, and infrastructure from design coordinates to physical ground. Using total station and GNSS equipment, we deliver sub-millimetre accuracy from client-supplied drawings and coordinates.

Independent inspection and verification services ensuring all works meet specification, tolerance, and regulatory requirements. We maintain detailed QA records and as-built surveys throughout construction — providing contractors and clients with a clear audit trail from start to completion.

Topographic and measured surveys delivered to client specification. Digital deliverables provided in DWG, DXF, PDF, and CSV formats — fully georeferenced and CAD-ready for use directly in your design process or construction programme.
